Just as earth given gifts such as coal or wood are used to burn inside a fire, we each have a core unique substance called values that we unearth through the coaching process. Once these core values (like compassion, bliss, humor, creativity) are essentially "set on fire" by your choices, they balance and harmonize with one another and turn to passion and energy!

Together we create a vision for the future that is expansive and will point you in the direction of the path you need to be on right now. In the coaching process, this can involve the combination of guided imagery meditation and your creative vision.
